running backs size matters?

running backs size matters?
so i keep hearing how this back is to small and cant stay around or will get injured. so i am going to throw this out there. since i started watching football in 1985

walter payton 5'10" 200lbs
barry sanders 5'8" 203
thurman thomas 5'10" 206
terell davis 5'11" 210
marshal faulk 5'10" 211
curtis martin 5'11" 210
ricky watter 6'1" 211
eddie goerge 6'3 225
rodney hampton 5'11" 228
the bus 5'11" 255

i could go on into the list from 2000 to present
to the likes of ap and cj2k the fact is everyone wants to talk size
with running backs but for the most part the great backs are below 6 feet tall and weigh less than 210 most of the bigger backs are just average and tend to get hurt more. i would like to see what you say and can you think of great back and there size please note every back i have listed played more than 4 years and are proven to be year in year out granted terrell owens did get injured after about what 5 or 6 years
i am not snubbibg arian foster but he has done it for 2 years and i think he can do it for a long time but i do remember how he did here in tennessee.
