How does this sound?

How does this sound?
I'm thinking about selling my base cards (Inserts also) as a lot of approx 500 random cards for $0.10 a card. How do you think that sounds?

I think you won't sell many lots at that price for random cards. Most people want to know what they are getting for that much money.

Of course, YMMV

$50 for 500 base cards is a lot of money.

I used to purchase what I called "rookies" which was made up of Press Pass, Sage, Upper Deck Draft, etc, with actual rookie sprinkled in (any card in a college uniform is what I purchased) and I didn't pay more than 5 cents per card and tried to shoot for less. No big time rookies though.

I'm not sure many people will drop $50 on base cards to be honest.

You'd be lucky to get $5 for 500 random cards. You won't get $50 unless you add in jerseys, autos, etc. Team lots would help some, but after you put them in a box, ship them, the $ you make is small. The question in a buyer's mind is why would I buy 500 base and inserts for what I could get a few jerseys or autos of my team.

yeah at the flea you get 200 cards with a random auto and gu for $5. So 10 cents might not work.

When I accumulate base cards, I view them as waste. You'll never get enough for them to make it worth selling over the internet. Most people will tell you to donate them. I never have, I've just thrown them out.

Inserts I'd throw in one big lot and throw them up on eBay.
