I would want it in a scratch free case. But I wouldn't do that on my own. As with all my pc items, I get them graded and throw them in a graded team bag. Thats what I would do personally.

I would leave it in case and send it to get graded!!! Main reasons are protection and authenticity
 I wouldn't want that accidently getting damaged removing it from case. 
First off, thats a sweet card with a killer patch!!
Secondly, if it were my card, say a Favre, I would have no problem breaking it out and putting it in a nicer case.... BUT, if I were to send it to beckett to be graded (which I hope to do to all my nice Favre's one day) I would leave it in the case& send it to beckett like that, just to aviod any confusuion (not that there would be any). Jus my opinion Congrats on the sweet card btw!!
