I sent him a message asking him what was up. This is what was said
The 1st time it sold, the guy was from Canada and i do not ship to Canada so we had a mutual agreement to cancel so i re listed it. The 2nd time and some guy won it. I gave him 5 days to pay and no payment so i filed a nonpayment which ebay gives them 5 more days to pay...still no payment so i cancelled and now re listed. Hope that explains it for you

guy has 4600+ feedback with no negs...both reasons for relisting sound plausible..

I have dealt with him before also I believe. Never had a problem. IMO maybe the same buyer bought both from him before he checked with selling to Canada.
