i honestly dont know if you can. i think either you or him would have to contact ebay about the mistake and then they would get with the buyer and straighten it out? send em an email

not at the moment but its been listed as things to correct on the suggestion threads. I think there is a thread by one of the fb mod with names of users left unintentional negative feedback by mistake.

however: everyone should know about the default star feedback issue at this point. nobody is gonna hold it against you
