When I say regular Bowman I mean as in the hobby box not the base cards. I just mean the difference between a hobby box of 2011 Bowman and hobby box of 2011 Bowman Chrome.

What are the types of special refractors that will be in 2012 Bowman Hobby Boxes. That will include the chrome cards included in the packs and the chrome auto that comes with it.

Thanks! Forgot to look at those and that answered my question.

So one last question would be are the odds of pulling a special chrome refractor higher in Bowman chrome since all the cards in the set have the versions, or does it make no difference and the odds are the same for both products.

I'm assuming it's higher in chrome since you'll end up with special parallel's in regular bowman like a red 1/1 for example.

I couldn't get the odds for 2012 but here’s what I can up with for 2011. Let me see If I can do a comparison.

Super fractor odds: 2011 Bowman Hobby=1:20,000, 2011 Bowman Jumbo=1:4300,
2011 Bowman Chrome-1:3840
Total Super fractors: in regular bowman=110, in bowman chrome=330
Auto Super fractors: bowman hobby=1:57,850, bowman jumbo=1:14,632, bowman chrome=1:36,203
Total Super fractor autos: in 2011 bowman=34, in bowman chrome=39
Odds per pack taken from www.baseballcardpedia.com. That's for super fractors only you can go to the site and compare the other odds.
With those odds It looks like if you’re looking for super fractors chrome has more and better odds. Overall if you want flashy refractors chrome has more. Hope that helps.
