Been riding down the road while the student drives giving some thought to what my next set may be. I've come to the conclusion I need to talk Panini into doing a set that I want to do and that I like. Now since I don't really see that set out there I got to thinking about what I would want in a set and here's my thoughts.


I'm thinking of a set called city to city, kinda like the changing stripes set but with more flare, maybe like a National Treasures feel to it. I'm thinking black card stock with the players pic on the left in his original teams uni and on the right in his new teams uni with an auto in between. Under the auto on the left side a jersey or patch ( jersey base version / patch prime version ) of his original team on right side his new team. Trim the patch window in silver for the base jersey version and use a silver paint pen or sharpie for the auto and change it to gold for the prime version. Silver version /50 gold to /10-/25 range. Now which one of you photoshop experts can mock me something up. Here's what I'm thinking checklist wise

I run a commercial/Custom printing company man. I have an art department also. We can just make our own set. I am sure Beckett members will support us. Any lawsuits get forward to Lump though.

besides with that great southern drawl you could charm the Queen my friend..Panini shouldnt be a problem with a Great idea like this.
I LOVE it!..there are so many players,...Great players who have switched teams mid-life..this is a Dandy idea bro!..they would be crazy to pass this up...I think.
And..
i would LOVE a sub-set of players who were players in one organization....AND coaches with another.head,LB, rb coaches or whatever.
