I have never had a problem with panini..... Until now.... So today I get a redemption in for a card which has been a LONG time waiting for (2010 Plates and patches Emmanuel sanders auto patch /699). I thought thank god I finally got something, until I saw what was inside! The thing that gets to me is that for one I waited over a year 1/2 and get a single colored white patch??? On top of that it isn't encased and uncirculated like it is supposed to be?? I mean really?!?!? I think I will be contacting them and telling them about this. (hopefully it goes well)

I am waiting for my McCluster and Berry plates which they just got signed also. I think Paninis customer service sucks! They try to give you no-name players if you ask for a replacement after waiting for so long. I am sick of the redemption stuff period! They say that they cant put time periods when these over paid prima donnas sigh their cards. especially Dwyer and Mccluster which I have been waiting for over a year for their Certified autos to finish my set...

I'm still waiting for the dez from the plates set, but yes there CS is terrible! I haven't had to deal with many redemptions from them since I bust topps or leaf product normally. I am sorry to hear that about your set I am waiting for 4 cards for my R&S set which I didn't know there CS was so bad when I started that set (lately I have seen several threads about others complaining with panini products and redemption replacements, etc...)

Its not just panini. All redemption's suck. I would rather they just take a card out of the product then have a redemption. And I dont think there should EVER be a one color swatch card. It would make stuff more short printed and actually worth something

I hate redemptions to, but they wouldn't bother me if they had a better CS..... I hate one color swatches also and wish they could get rid of them also.. I would honestly rather have a better design and more room for a nice, big auto not a small cramped room for a one color "patch" auto with a crappy design.

The thing that gets me with the newer stuff is that they arent even game worn stuff. For instance I am a Niners fan and the National treasures patches the put in arent even from the jerseys they use... I cant figure why they would put a big SF patch in when they dont even use it on their jerseys... If you are going to sell a pack for $400+, atleast us a game used patch.
