I'm giving the Browns a solid B+, in their division they need someone like Trent Richardson running the ball and I think Weeden is an upgrade; I'm just not sure they needed to use their #22 to get him. They got a natural RT with Schwartz which they needed, got a speedster for WR but not sure about him and several players to add depth...pretty much addressed all their major needs....but there are so many needs :-(
