Im thinking about Putting this set together since its my all time Favorite looking set.. im lookin to pick up 2 boxes for both series 1 and 2.. I find plenty of series 1 cheap but everything i find for Series 2 is almost doubt or triple what i would pay for Series 1. .


I can get 2 boxes of series 1 for around $25 bucks shipped but so far striking out on series 2

anyone know where i can find 2 boxes for no more then $40 shipped?

Don't think $40 is worth it for box of Series II. Surprised how much Beckett says the complete set of both series is... didn't think it was that high... I got to go back & see if I ever completed those sets. I know I have a ton of those cards..

Check out Beckett Media.. I think that's the best place to buy Skybox 91-92 series 2 from... there are two sellers with boxes at $11-25... Series 1 is $10-15. Best places I know to buy older boxes..

Have fun, if you decide to go for the set. Those are some cool cards. I miss my early days of collecting..

I found the Series 1 at $7 bucks a piece and im willing to go up to $15 a piece for series 2 but not much more then that

I remember busting those when they first came out. Dad and I each got a box to open. I only got about 40 different cards in my box. Seemed to be a production run error as the box was packed with the blister pack inserts lol. The card shop got a replacement case and then I got another to break. Always love the older boxes were you get more than 5 cards per pack and 10 packs per box!

ya, I loved it when packs were at least 10 cards per pack.. sucks when you only get 7 or less cards... on top of that... less packs per box, or only one pack per box... sucks...

there should be a seller that has skybox 91-92 for cheap... there is a ton of that year still around.. love the large check list for that year. Cool designs!!

it would be awesome if there could be "buyback" autos for all those cards... A complete auto buyback set?? maybe in the future... card company could get all of a set signed, store it for, say 5-10 years.. then re-release it for an auto buyback version.. much easier, than chasing down cards & getting signatures later... it would also, help grab attention, when it comes to those Players that have passed away between original set being released & the buyback auto version being re-released... imagine, if there was another 1,000 Monute Bol autos laying around, waiting to be re-released... how about WILT da STILT autos laying around for some company to place in packs (or redemptions) & re-release them...
