I called about mine yesterday and they told me there going out second week of april and i should have them by the first week of may the latest .. i have tons i'm waiting on also

I spoke to a lady on the phone when I redeemed my red-212, and she claims that they need to wait to make sure each rookie plays enough games in a season to create the card. The cards are to be made up in April and claims it could take 6-8 weeks for delivery. Realistically I'm not expecting my card until June.
