Recently sold an item on the bay, the buyer is in freakin Australia. He said he tried paying, but I guess I have it set up to where I do not allow payments from international bidders.

Does anyone know where I can change the settings in pay pal? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

i didnt know you could decline international payments? i thought you could only decline international bidders, i would call paypal and ask them.

I didnt have the access to call at the time, butmimfinally got to.

I guess in the selling tools somewhere, it has a check mark in a box that declines international bidders from paying. Was walked through the steps and I unchecked it.

International bidders welcome!!

I will even accept payments from Bin Laden if he was around..lol
