have s bradford pc i made private. i now want it public but can't get it changed. need help. thnks. john

At the bottom of the collections list on the left hand side is a "Manage Collections" link - Click it the to the far right of the collection is a what looks like a pencil and a trash can, click the pencil and it will open up to edit it.
