Hey guys. Got a Clyde gates contenders today and the pic in the auction showed it to be the SP. Got the non SP regular one. Thing is i paid 11 bucks for it thinking it was the SP.
Should i try and get a refund or ask for a partial refund or just deal with it?

I would ask for a refund or the right card! And leave negative feedback if nothing is done. File a complaint and let it be settled that way.

Yeah you should be entitled to a full or partial refund. You paid for the sellers mistake!!

agreed,this has happened to me before.I would ask for the one that was pictured or ask for my money back.That is why today,If I see a card I want badly,before I bid,I always ask them if the card for sale is the exact one that is pictured.

Full Refund...Item was described incorrectly .... you should be able to get a refund through paypal if seller is unwilling to work it out !

Didnt say either way. Just said card looks to be mint or nrmint.

There you go. Tell him its not the SP thats shown in the picture. File a claim thru ebay which will require you to send it back, get your refund and buy another. I would suggest going ahead and filing the claim regardless of what the seller says. It will protect you more than if you just send it back. And keep your DC number.
