Can anyone identify this set? Manning, Vick, McNabb, Urlacher

I'm having trouble finding this in Beckett collection. I think it's a set of some sort. Maybe a trading day type set. Anyone have any idea?

Those almost look like the promtional cards they would put into beckett magazine on occasion.

They are not in Beckett inventory but I found them. They are from 2003 Topps National Pack Day.
