Anyone buy their vintage from deans? If so, how are they?

Buying vintage...

I picked up my '34 Goudey Greenberg RC from them a few years back, raw, with an assigned grade of VG. The only thing that stinks is they do not provide scans (at least at that time they didn't) for cards that are selling/listed under $300. SO, I gambled and purchased it sight unseen and it turned out to be a great looking card and when I sent it to SGC, it actually graded a VG which was Dean's assigned grade as well. I believe they accept returns if you're not happy.
In short, I had a great experience, though it was only one time. Some of their stuff appears to be a little high in price but there are also a great deal of bargains to be had as well. I would recommend. I don't currently have the card scanned by itself but here it is anyway. |
