I was going through some of my older Jordan's this afternoon and stumbled upon this one. I busted a ton of Collector's Choice back in the mid-late 90s and pulled a ton of his "A Cut Above" inserts. This is the only gold signature I have ever pulled or seen.
I looked it up on ebay and Google and couldn't find anything. It isn't listed in the hard Beckett or the OPG. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

That's a nice card. I can honestly say I have never seen it before. So I have no info for you. Good luck and hopefully someone will know something about it.

Haven't seen one either. I have the whole cut above set but none are with the facsimile sig and I've never seen one like it. Promo card, perhaps? I really don't know that's just a shot in the dark!
I collect Michael Jordan, Mitch Richmond, and Ohio State players (football and basketball) in OSU gear. I strongly prefer 90's-era cards and use newer cards primarily for trade bait!

I'm almost certain that it's not a promo, as I'm positive that I pulled it from a pack. The back of the card is exactly the same as the regular Cut Above cards.

It's a facsimile, similar to the regular Collector's Choice silver scripts parallels, just with gold script instead of silver.

Never fear...geonut/odditycards is here!
I believe it was only the CA9 version that had the fac.signature on it. It was only avaliable as an insert from the 1996/97 UDCC Japanese Series II packs. Only got one per box when I busted product.
English on the back, no other identification as to it was from the Japanese packs...
