1) They won't call back, and 2) they are most definitely going to undercut you (i.e. give you some other crap rookie and send you a cheap a$$ letter saying they are equivalent in value). I hit on a A.J. Green /50 relic auto, and they sent me back a Christian Ponder /50. Needless to say, I sent a scathing letter to Consumer Relations via Certified mail about two weeks ago. If I don't hear anything back, I plan on sending another letter back to corportate HQ with a CC to the Better Business Bureau. Granted that may not get any attention out of these guys, but too many complaints to the BBB will definitely hurt them in the longer run.

That might be the problem I run into Usaf, this box was from a dealer on eBay, there IS NO receipt. I'm not sure they'll take a printout as proof of purchase, but I have everything else they need.

But, no call today. I'm starting to get a bad feeling. Considering I'd be happy to sit on all three autos, I think they all have potential, this is upsetting.

usually topps has pretty good customer support. I HATE Paninis customer service! If you have a star player card that is damaged they have no backups
to send in place of it so basically you will get a no-name in place...
