2012 Topps series 1 Errors

2012 Topps series 1 Errors
2 questions
1. A lot of the Topps series one cards have 2 3b columns but no 2b columns. Has anyone seen a correct and an error version for the same person.

2. Do you think it is unethical to sell the errors on sites such as Ebay as being sp errors if the have not been corrected.

just looking for everyones opinion.

far as I've seen they are uncorrected errors and yes it unethical imo to try and profit off of it but than again anyone looking to buy something should do their research before bidding so I can see both sides of it.

It is buyer beware, that is capitalism. But I think a lot of the cards have the same errors. They even misspelled Lincecum.

I don't think it's a problem to sell the card, but I question the purpose of advertising it as an uncorrected error. If one were to do that, he might also wish to mention that all of the cards to date have the same uncorrected error. In my opinion, it's not good business.

You have heard of karma, right. Advertising it as an uncorrected error by topps is fine, but advertising it as a SP is a lie. You may gain a buck now but it will bite you in the a** later.

Then you must have bought a ton of these. They are all over Ebay. How do you spend so much and not go broke?

You guys do know I was joking. But I have seen a lot of these "error" cards listed on ebay.
And did you see what happened with that NNOF Thomas listing on ebay?
