Need some Advice thinking of stopping set building

Very much interested in seeing what Canucks come out of these sets if you do decide to break them up, please let me know what stuff you will be looking for I have HUGE wantlist of stuff mostly mid 2000's

I'm down to collecting only two sets a year victory and upper deck series 1 and 2, I pick up players that I enjoyed watching play or enjoy their play today. Yzerman, St Louis, Smyth and the oilers young stars. I made this decision a few years ago because space was becoming limited.
SET COLLECTOR, RYAN SMYTH, BOBBY ORR AND MARTIN ST. LOUIS 
I think you keep the ones you like or can turn into something you want and donate the commons.
Collecting all the Ron Hextall Cards especially those
