Help Identifying These Jordan Cabinet Size Cards??

Picked up a lot and do not know what these are? They come in a set of 12 Cabinet sized cards. The licensing on the back say "1998 Upper Deck"
The regular sized card in the picture is to show reference to the size. Any help is much appreciated...  The Back of the Card 
Collecting Bob Feller, 1951 Bowman, anything Cleveland.

Send a winning bottle cap in and get that set of Jordan cards.
