I understand people laughing at this but I have bought cards before for around 150 and filpped them for 300 within a week... sometimes you can get lucky to buy a card for cheap then make some cash for more cards. I dont know the card you are talking about and increasing it by 500 that does seem a little excessive but hey if he/she can flip it and even make 100.. That would be a pretty good come up IMO.

i say selling on ebay is all about timing... i pulled a 11 Chrome Red Superlative Refractor die cut of newton 9/25.. listed it 3 times at 85, 80 and finally it sold for 72.. Three weeks later the same card different serial number was sold for 175 and 165... crazy how it works sometimes.

Day, hour and time of month play alot into how much you get too. For example end of month versus beginning of month more people have extra cash because most bills are do within the 1st week of the month.

Collecting = Peyton Manning

RE: ebay flipper lol
I bought a Roger Clemens Auto off eBay late one night for $0.99 (+ s/h) and sold a few weeks later on the bay for almost $50.00.

Orig. it was listed under football and the name was mis-spelled if I remember correctly.
