I'm new to collecting and need some help on pricing some of my cards. I collect only football cards. I need to know whats the difference between cards like 2011 absolute memorabilia #40 jermichael finley and an 2011 absolute memorabilia #40 jermichael finley retail. One is worth $1 and the other is 60 cents. another one is when they put colors after the persons name like blue, red, green, yellow,bronz, etc. etc. I just price mine without the colors because I'm not sure if my card is normal or the colored ones. Please help.

Retail is not shiny at all. The other is hobby, which is a shiney gloss to it.

The difference between Absolute Retail and Absolute Hobby is that the Hobby base are holofoil and the retail are plain card stock. Both look nice in my opinion, but hobby is usually worth the extra
