Placing Thick Cards between cardboard issue..

Placing Thick Cards between cardboard issue..
I have a few jumbo relic cards i want grade, and im very weary about placing them inbetween 2 piece of card board. When i go to tape it up, im concerned the corners of the cards are going to get crushed due to the space between the 2 pieces of card board.. any suggestions regarding these super thick cards?

I think I understand what you're asking. In addition to using a postcard-size penny sleeve and a Card Saver IV here's what I'd recommend: Try placing small cut bits of additional cardboard along the side or making a tent shape by bending the top piece of cardboard over the top to give a tighter fit around the card.
