I would call their customer service. They have special rates for first time customers.

one question I have wondered...do they ship you the original cases you sent them?... I have a bunch of cards I would like to get graded... But i don't want to send them in top loaders and I don't want to give away 20-30 bucks in mag holders....just curious

Yeah I was wondering the same thing about the holders. I want to get that Favre I have sent in to see if it is a real signature lol, plus get a few rookies and autos graded.

They don't send back the original holders. I've heard you can tell them tout also have to pay extra for that. They recommend sending in semi rigid holders.

For best results you are supposed to ship cards in card savers. You do not get them back. If you ship in toploaders you can risk creases when removed. Card savers are cut to remove cards instead of someones fingers forced into the toploader. Average for 20 cards will be around 10 per card for 20 day service. Less for 45 day service and more for faster service.

I am currently running a 20 day group submission. It's perfect for a first timer because I can help walk you through it. Most of the regulars on here can vouch for my service. If you would like more info please PM me. I'll bump the thread for ya.
