Here is the reply I received from Upper Deck, I don't want anyone to feel sorry for me as I am sure others have gone through this but from a multi-billion dollar company this is totally unacceptable.
Dear Customer,
In regards to your damaged card/collation issue Upper Deck offers replacements on cards/product a year from the product release date. Unfortunately being this product is past the one year replacement period we would not be able to replace the card/product.

Are you kidding me I purchased this product in December 2010 as a Christmas gift and you can't replace it, unbelievable this is the last time I purchase any Upper Deck Product.
