ok i am having a very very unlucky time trying to put together the base set here. after a box and a couple blasters my need list for base cards was about 95-100 cards. i have since bought another box (maybe 2) and 7-9 more blasters i still need 54 cards. The last box only had 3 base cards that i needed. wierd to put together subsets before even having a base set.

with the SPs that is how it is....

best to trade/buy the ones you neeed sometimes, i hate to say being a set collector the old fashion way but it is true

I had the same problem with Score i bought 8 boxes and never got the base set but with trading it makes life easy. You just need to find someone that has the cards you need.

is there actually SP cards in the base set though? the ones im missing seem so random
