i hate that,i am always torn between buying it or sending the seller a PM and RIP him a new a_s...more so when i NEED the card.

I have reported this seller soooooo many times that I have no doubt eBay is aware and doesnt want to lose this seller because all they see is dollar signs. The 1st thing they check on their checklist is how much does this seller give us!

I still buy on eBay but there is a limit of how much I will spend on a card, if I get outbid then I check the bidders for shilling and then that determines if I will continue or ignore the item. Most of the time I do buy it now after working out a price with the seller.
