RE: What should I get graded?
Hey, just curious, have you ever sent anything to get graded? I mean, do you have a ok eye at guesstimating your possible grades. I would suggest going through everything and set aside anything that looks iffy, no matter what it is. Then once you have set aside the better shaped cards, I would go off what RCs book value really jumps up with a high grade, followed by Hall of Famers. But you can't go wrong with all of it being PC!

RE: What should I get graded?
As already mentioned, it really comes down to condition rather than specific card. I didn't see any of the cards you listed as getting a big bump in value unless they come back as a BGS9 or better, maybe with the exception being the 1979-80 cards. So you really need to carefully examine the cards to determine which ones have the best chance at getting graded 9.5 or 10.
Collecting John Stockton, Karl Malone, Ivan Rodriguez, Gary Carter & UF player rookie year cards.  Plus Jedd Gyorko rookie and prospect cards.

Most of the cards will get atleast a 9, maybe a few 8.5. I'm not too worried about the grade because it's PC and I just want to get these cards protected the best way possible. I was thinking about getting the rarer ones graded. Ultimately I want to get all of these graded, but I don't have enough money for that.

RE: What should I get graded?
If they're all in great shape then get as many graded as you can afford! Starting with the rarer ones and/or those most susceptible to condition issues (die-cuts, older cards, etc.) is probably smart too.

I wanna get some MJs graded and I'm gonna go mainly on getting the nicest condition ones, most valuable and a few personal favs that I just like the look of.

In the end it's all personal preference, good luck!
I collect Michael Jordan, Mitch Richmond, and Ohio State players (football and basketball) in OSU gear. I strongly prefer 90's-era cards and use newer cards primarily for trade bait!

RE: What should I get graded?
Hey, tmakact7, have you ever contacted Beckett about a large bulk grade down the line?

RE: What should I get graded?
I would suggest not getting the printing plate graded. It's not very likely to get damaged very easily and therefore could wait. I agree with htowntigger, anything that is condition sensitive should go first.

My LCS owner said the last time Beckett came to do grading they had a deal $6 each for atleast 10 cards. So, I'm hoping Beckett will offer something similar this time.

My LCS owner said it's best just to get the plate encased than graded. Does anyone have any suggestions on which 5 cards I should choose besides what I already have?
