The designated holiday for new year's is December 31st according to the BGS home page, but that is a Saturday. Since I had a quick turnaround order at BGS, was just curious if Monday was the true holiday. Thanks.

Is BGS closed Monday?

Monday, at least for the federal government, is the recognized "holiday" for the first so my guess is they will be closed. Key word there though is "guess".

Dec 31 was when new years was observed "last year" as New Years Day fell on a Saturday on Jan 1, 2011. We will be closed Monday. I just finished putting up the new Holidays list for 2012 on the BGS home page.
