I'm still trying to compile a list of helpful hints and tricks, but here's one I just figured out that some might like to use (if you haven't already done it before). When you send someone their DC number for shipping a package, you can make it to where the user simply has to click the DC.
For USPS:
For UPS:
You simply put in the tracking number wherever you see INPUTTRACKINGNUMBERHERE. This will open the tracking window up in a new tab/window and should take you right to the package you're curious about. I'm going to see if Beckett can implement something like this soon.
