i got the 2011 Topps Diamond Anniversary set, but how sad, Topps emailed me back stating they cant mail me this set, i guess because the shipping was too much for them to ship so what they did is send me 2 unopen packs (dont know what packs they sending) still waiting for these packs

Wait, what? Topps isn't going to send you the set and instead they're sending you 2 packs of cards?? I don't understand why that would be.

Did they run out of sets??
No way is this an even swap at all unless the packs are Tier One or something.
Any one know if this is happening??
If so, there is a serious PR problem...oh wait..they do not care, they are the only ones producing baseball cards legally..Never mind, they can do whatever they wish..my mistake!!

That should make no difference, Postage to Hawaii is the same as postage to PA.

I recall though that the TOS say that Hawaii is excluded. I recall a guy a while back selling his entire diamond account because he couldnt redeem.
