Went to the LCS today and picked up six jumbo packs of 2011 Update and eight packs of 2011 Topps Chrome.
Here are the notable hits:
2011 Update - Six Jumbo Packs:
Jeff Neimann Auto
James Shields Nameplate
Hope Diamond Neil Walker /60
Black Border Henry Blanco /60
20 Cognac Diamonds including Mickey Mantle and Rogers Hornsby
Platinum Diamond Babe Ruth (Red Sox uniform booo! lol)
6 Gold Borders including Brandon Belt and Michael Pineda /2011
Four Diamond Duos including Jeter/Dimaggio and Belt/Hosmer
and lots lots lots of base haha.
2011 Topps Chrome -
Blue Refractor Cory Luebke /99
Atomic Refractor Josh Hamilton /225
Jose Reyes Heritage Chrome Refractor /562
Lincecum Shows Off His Stuff Heritage /1962
Josh Hamilton Heritage /1962
The strange thing was when I was organizing the cards in my boxes, I noticed that the Heritage Chrome Hamilton was a double from a box I purchased at the same LCS over a month ago. I checked the serial numbers on the back of the cards and they are 1834/1962 and 1835/1962.
What are the odds of that??? The Lincecum Heritage was also a double, but the serial numbers aren't even close to each other.
The LCS in Las Vegas is a high volume store, so I doubt this was the same case from a month ago.
Thanks!
