Imo I think as just a true WR. Running routes. Being a team player. Not showboating. And still putting up HOF numbers I would draft Hines Ward Over moss any day. And he was a third rounder. Yeah moss has amassed just under 15,000 yards and hines is just under 12,000. But if you took Ward away from the steeler in his prime the team would have suffered. This is biased coming from a Pittsburgher but thought Id throw him into the mix. And Ward is still playing

If you look purely at the player and not stats. But what the player contributes to the team Ward is Top 5 in my mind.
