I am a firm believer that honey is a better attractor than crap. Thus, although you want to be mad or angry when dealing with replacements and redemptions, it is in your best interest to remain positive and up beat. Customer Service Reps are people too, it is their job, they (individually) did not cause you pain. So remember "basic human principles" when dealing with them.

Now onto my mailday story. Back in April I sent in a Rolando McClain RPS signatures out of Plates & Patches, as it had glue on the surface. After exchanging a few phone calls with Panini (they called me), today I received the following:

2 Packs of 2011 Threads, and one pack had this:

Ed Reed Framed Red 030/100....Really wish I knew a Reed collector.... :p



1 Pack of 2011 Rookie & Stars had this:

Kendall Hunter Patch Autograph 267/299....so close to my number



The packs were for my wait, those could have been sufficient. Here is my replacement card:
