cool card, I have actually been debating for a while what I want to pick up as my first T206 card. had to fight temptation to blow the lil cash i brought to the card show in June on one then since there were a handful of nice looking but lower grade examples

Nice pick up...you may want to have slabbed. I only buy graded ones. I can tell you of a half dozen times I bought pre 1911 cards only to have sgc tell me they were fakes. And I bought them from reputable vintage sellers ( I hope they weren't aware). For the price you paid on that card you did very well.

yeah, I will be having it slabbed by SGC.....before I decided I wanted to buy one I looked up quite a bit of information on how to spot fake T206s, so from everything I could see I don't see any signs of forgery...but I guess you never really know until it's slabbed

back when they re introduced t-206 they had a few original seeded into packs so i got my one and only t206 then
