**Update** I'm lost on this one......Major hit or screw up by Topps
So I busted a box of Topps Platinum, and recieved a redemption card. Went home to look at checklists, and there's NO Rookie Autograph Refractor Darvin Adams on the checklist.
What I'm hoping for, but doubt, is that there's only 1, yes, just 1, Darvin Adams anywhere on the checklist, and its a Triple Autograph with Cam Newton.....possible? I haven't done many redemptions, but thinking I may just claim this one...but due to a misprint they may send me a different on card auto (since Darvin probably didn't sign any where they thought he might of)....thoughts??

the checklist is probably just not current, that happens all the time. The description on the card is probably more accurate than anything.

Probably just isnt listed yet. It could very well be a mix up though as blowout gets a checklist perty much on release day the first box they bust. Unless topps havent completely updated their own checkslists then you got a misprint or something.

Forgot to add that there's nothing in the checklist from the packs that I opened. Unless I missed it, but I check all 3 checklists...guess I'll have to redeem it to find out?
Nevermind I see a bunch on eBay too...POO what a bust. I'll just redeem it myself than. No use in putting on the bay a card that is very low end imo.

So I decided to scratch it off and redeem the card...well I typed it into redeem.topps.com....
And...
"The Redemption code that you entered does not exist.
Please check the code on the card back and try again."
Greaaaaattttt....time to call Topps for the replacement auto!

They probably just don't have the Platinum redemptions loaded into their system yet. Since it just came out, it's too new. Give it a couple days and try again.

Topps just dont have the Darvin listed yet.There are over ten redemption cards like yours of his already on the Bay.Plus I had a Jordan Todman Finest redemption that would not go thru for days since it was so new,but it finally went thru.It should go thru soon.

So did you actually talk to the horrible Topps customer service people to see what you can do about it? Or was it just not in the system yet?
