I have never turned down a non-US trader (including Canadian, Australian, German, and Swedish traders) and I have never heard of anyone doing so. For hockey, you NEED Canada.

the stupidest thing I see on ebay are sellers who won't sell to Canada.
Their cards sell like 40% below what the going value is, all because they won't ship across the border.
I collect Subban (Auto Only) and all Tanev cards
