Does Panini ever answer?
I have two redemptions that have been open for 5-6 months, so I posted a comment on both of them last month asking if they were going to ship or be replaced, etc? After not getting a reply to those, I sent a separate message last week providing both redemption numbers for reference and I have not gotten a reply to that email. Any ideas?

Yah, I find it better calling them. Also, when you redeemed online, did you choose the 4 month option or the 8 month option?
