Well I received a call from the previously stated supervisor ..however I was at work and missed the call..be did leave a very nice apologetic voicemail..

Got a call from the supervisor yesterday...in short he was an ars hole!!!! If i wasnt in my army uniform and in a public place I would have said so over the phone..I am raving mad...I after everything else I really wanted to fight the guy!!!
In short because I dont want to rehash the whole conversation..he said "well it seems like we have done everything that we needed to do!" He took offense when i said the employees there are incompetent..and got agitated with me..he said that he didnt feel that he had to do anything more because they have already fulfilled their obligation...He said that he would send me two more cards anyway..we will see what kind of waste of time that will be....as of now I am never buying topps again..If he send me something decent maybe ill change my mind..but for now its boycott!!!!

Doesnt sound like the guy you talked to last time. What they doing, the whole good cop bad cop routine now? If the guy managed to hit a nerve with a military man, then he had to of been a total....

I say go over his head and go all Lee Ermy on whoever is next in charge. He wont like that call to the office im sure.

I dont know what if any other options i have??? I guess the best I can do is just never buy Topps product again..and bad mouth them every chance i get...The guy was just plain disrespectful!!! to a customer

Next years Nationals I am wearing a T-Shirt that says top sucks with a big arrow. I am going to stand next to their booth all week. On the back of my shirt is going to be all the scandalous issues people of had with them. I am going to need a big shirt. Maybe I'll wear a cape.

This is a very old thread I know..But with Nationals coming up I was thinking about my boycott of Topps and i wanted this thread to be fresh in my mind when I see them at Nationals this year..Are you still planning on having a shirt made??
