Do I have to pay 20 dollars a year for an organize to be able to trade or sell on here? Or can I just post what I want to sell in a message?

You will need org to use the system. Only way you can sell/trade here. So its buy the OPG or pay for org.

you don't have to pay 20 dollars a year if you keep your org UNDER 100 cards...
