figure its been a while since I've posted up. collected a few new Venters over the past few months but really not much since the only new set until this 2013 series 1 topps that had him in it was triple threads! picked up a few nice ones though.

one of the cards I didn't think actually existed since none had surfaced to date (the letter relic)

I see you are one step ahead of me on those!! I know where a fourth is for mine....but don't want to shell out the money they are asking ;x

and to above.... would love to see the Medlen collection! if it werent for so few cards and such high prices I would have jumped at starting in on him. Venters is relatively cheap and fun since it is cheap so just sticking with him!

Kris reminds me so much of my favorite all time (Maddux) so glad he came back strong after injury!

I meant on those jumbo patches from update! I located a 4th one but they want about 2x more than I'm willing to pay for it...so it sits


decided on a whim to hit up an ebay seller I had tried to talk down the price on a couple of years ago on ebay (he has had them fishing on there for a while now). he remembered me getting in touch before and got to see the updates to the collection- happy to say we worked out a fair deal on them today and they are being passed from his braves collection to ours!

couple that with picking up the 2013 topps vault 1/1 and we added 4 more to the old PC in addition to rounding out all the non 1/1 2013 topps parallels this week and it is the most cards we've picked up in months!
