RE: Question on Pro Set
crap...i probably had a few of those error cards....except i gave them away. I had a box of like 2500 cards, that valued at only a few cents (didn't even know about error cards), so I didn't want them. I was only like 15 at the time mind you

It was withdrawn after some were released in packs. It WAS the card everyone wanted then, until it became known that there were lots of them on the market. I still don't know why it was withdrawn from release though. Maybe someone else can answer that.
EDIT- Here is why it was withdrawn and why the value plummeted.
"Due to a contractual dispute, the Pro Bowl card of Eric Dickerson (No. 338) was withdrawn early creating a short print, but quantities of this card were released after Pro Set closed and sold off old inventory."

Yes, there is a 9er's card, I believe it's john Taylor where the end of his belt is hanging down and it looked like something else hanging down so the had to alter the card.

RE: Question on Pro Set
It's a Fred Marion but you are right it is the belt on the 49ers player that is also on the card.\

The picture on this link is the wrong picture but here is what it should be. You can clearly see the belt hanging down.

204a is the expensive one and it's the card showing the belt hanging down.

So everyone on the list, the "a" card is the error/valuable card?
