Injury or not.. Pujols is still a great player. 400+ HRs, 1250+ RBIs, .320+ batting average speaks volumes to a Hall of fame career. In addition, Pujols jersey sells like pancakes. Alex Rodriguez may have the HR record after his career is done, but Pujols will have his name enshrine in Cooperstown. I say pay the man, because Pujols puts fans in the bleachers and has a marketable \ respectable name for kids and fans alike.
