Yeah but it doesn't even seem to stick to the outside of them. Maybe the toploaders are just more static.

Toploaders can move around more(because they're flimsy) making more static electricity

Yeah they seem to attract it like crazy. Probably doesn't help I got rugs from wall to wall everywhere. We vacuum all the time but it's bound to be more dusty from all the rugs. Hope some other people say this happens to them too then maybe It won't drive me so nuts.

It's the type of plastic that collects the dust. One touches are more like injection molded stuff, and the toploaders remind me of pvc packaging material. Hit you boxes with the vaccum once in a while maybe, lol.
IDK if that would actually work. You should try it before I do so my wife doesn't think I'm more of a weirdo than she already does.
Compressed air for electronics would work too I think.

lmfao I ALREADY DID!!! It seemed to work a little bit but not totally I did that like 2 days ago haha. I used the round nozzle part of the vacuum.
