So I have been waiting on 4 x 10-11 SPGU Letter Marks of Evander Kane. When I checked my account last Friday it says "card not produced, contact customer service for replacement"
I call UD on Friday and the message says "customer service is closed for a company function" I just called again and the same message (that's one heck of a company function!!)...
So when I finally do get a hold of them, do you think I will get the run around or will they take care of me? Anybody been in this situation before? Will they give me any options at all?
Anyone know what would cause them to not produce the card?
Pretty bummed.....was looking forward to those cards.....was optimistic that they would send me 4 different letters....lol
