If we have trouble filling the 100+ cards per month, I could get other people from other boards, who I know for sure would send in cards, to fill the need, if that's ok. And there's a lot of people looking for a BGS host, but we can't find one.
Sounds good. They can register here to use the boards if they wish. The more collectors the better. Smile

Thank you sir. Smile I'm working on the submission for for the thread right now so I can show people what it will look like.
Here's an example of what I think the chart would look like that I would use to keep track of who wants to submit what. Also, it's not limited to 100, I can add onto it, I just only put it at 100 because that's what it will start at. Also, where I have "X/XX" I don't have my cards in front of me right now so I don't know what they're numbered to, but I would put the actual serial number. Also, on that mention, people cannot submit the same card unless it is serial numbered. First come, first serve. Thanks.

Dude, it's almost scary how meticulous and organized you are, lol.

As said I'll probably be joining next round. Just spent around $150 on the Beckett Marketplace (will post my frustrations later on) and will probably spend something similar on the Bay.

Just to make sure, what's the money order/Paypal thing about? I'd prefer to send money to you via Paypal as I'm not sure how international money orders work out, especially with commissions and such

I think with International people I'll probably use the Paypal route, it'll probably have to be a gift and I think I can forward it into my bank account, so that'd work. I just want people to feel safe with their money and not worried they're going to get ripped off. Smile

And my meticulous-ness is because of my OCD. Smile I spent about 30 minutes putting that table together, then right after I made the table, I added a Grade column to it (just didn't put it on here) so that when I see what grades are coming back, and for archiving purposes, we can see what was graded what. Smile

Also, because of international members, I think I'm going to change the submission style too. I think I'm going to make the post a month in advance so that we can get as many submitted as possible and give people enough time to ship their cards. That way, if I have all cards by the first of the month, they'll go out. However, AS I'M WRITING THIS, I'm also thinking that since there are no deals that are offered to me right now on the group submissions, making this a 100 card fixed submission. What I mean by that is the following:

I put up a list, people start saying what they want to submit. As I receive the requests, I put their information in the table. As soon as 100 cards are in there, everyone ships to me. Once I've got them, shipped them, I'll go ahead and do another 100. This way it doesn't have to be monthly, and if it's consistent enough, maybe they'll lower the price another dollar. Smile However, I'm going to play it as it goes. Hopefully we can get enough people for 100 cards fast.

RE: BGS Group Submissions: Would you be interested if we could?
I'm not sure. Still have some things to work out. Payment options, return shipping options, need to solidify the "deal" from BGS and make sure I know how to fill out the submission form to reflect the deal, etc. I'm hoping that on the first I'll have everything set and get it going. Right now I'm still trying to detail everything. I still have to find out if the 100+ for 20 service as is on the back of the submission form will still be free and if it is, what service (ground, 2 day, next day, etc.). That would also cut down costs as nobody would have to worry about return shipping from Beckett to me. It's a big fish to fry, but once I cook it once, I'll be serving fish often. Smile I'm so corny. lol.

Yep, and $1 for each AU. However, I've changed it to where you don't have to do 10 cards, you can do as many or as few as you want (preferably not one at a time though). I already have 3 people that have sent me PMs and they combined want to do 30 (20, 5, 5), I'll probably do 5, and that means we only need enough people for 65 more, or more. Hopefully this will help more people get their cards graded and hopefully this grows. I'm still working out the details but when I'm done, I'll update the original post and let everyone know. Thanks Nick.
