Are 10s about 1% of Population?
just wondering how often you get 10s! I was looking online and they seem to be less than 1% of the population. I will get my first and second orders in soon and I am hoping to get at least 1.

Just depends on the card. With different condition issues and/or number/quality of submissions, seen anywhere from less than .1% to 100%.
I know when I'm going over my cards for submission, I'm looking to get a 9.5. Getting a 10 is just a bonus.

I've submitted 492 cards in four years. I've had three cards come back as 10s. All three were for my friend.
I also submitted 28 with the same friend on various submissions, no 10s for me.
