Down for years...developing a new one...
Bottom line is there is no reason or excuse Beckett can have for this very undue delay for getting the Registry up. Any developer can get something up and running pretty quickly especially when they have a decent template to start from. Beckett continues to show that they do not ultimately care about Registry users aka Beckett customers. That's fine - call it what it is and stop stringing us along. It's way beyond ridiculous at this point. In an era and business where customer service is king Beckett has proven it has not understood this. You're a great guy and Beckett apologist, Nolan, but even if what you say is true it is not a valid excuse or reason for their incompetence and neglect of a very fervent segment of their business.

The real problem is that there are so few of us who are actually speaking up and saying anything...you see how many people have read the postings in these threads and then you see how many people have actually commented. To Beckett this must look like it is the collectors who do not care. If everyone did care there would be huge outrage and comment after comment written complaining about this problem. Ive gone all the way back in this section and others and can really only find a handful of people who voice their opinions on this subject. Its sad but true, the majority of collectors don't seem to care much. As long as the population report is working thats all that most care about. Even so, there are enough of us that care about the registry part and want a better one. That ought to be enough to get it done, especially when it really wont cost them much money to do it. I wish more people would speak up and voice their dislike...then it would get done.
Wanted: any 1989 Upper Deck cards graded 9.5 across the board or better.
