Turns out I traded with this person on another site and didn't know it. I printed a trade ticket and addressed my envelope, couple of days passed before I hit the PO so I rechecked the address. This time the address was for CA. The package was returned to me as undeliverable. I have the delivery confirmation ticket and the address in CA if anyone needs it!
